★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad insomnia episode last November and my shoulders needed some relief from much tension built up due to insomnia. Regular massages did not really work so I thought osteopath may work better. As I was in the clinic I was complaining about my my stomach feeling full after eating just a few bites and felt really sick after eating greasy food. She performed liver and gallbladder duct drainage which I did not know such a treatment existed. To my amazement, I could eat like before next day. She also taught me about the importance of taking care of my liver and some uterus massage to stabilize my hormone level to regulate my insomnia. I saw her a couple more times while I changed my diet and took some herbs and supplements for my liver (Milk Thistles, fresh lemon juice, Mg etc...) and my nausea and insomnia were drastically improved. I am so glad I tried osteopath because whey I saw my family doctor she strongly recommended taking antidepressant for sleep which was obviously a wrong treatment. It may have given me several months of sleep but would have brought more issues by the medication. If you have some health issues that your western doctors fail to find causes and willing to search and work to solve your problems I highly recommend her.
