I am a student and I had to take the LRT and two bus to get there and after I went there they said that they don't have anybody to cut my hair. Their hairstylist is sick and they have nobody to cut hair.They didn't bother to let their customer know about the cancellation . They had my number.They could have easily informed me about the cancellation.But they didn't.They let me come all the way to their salon and then they are saying that they are sorry. Such a horrible customer service.Stay away from this salon.They will not value your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for whole body waxing excluding Brazilian and eyebrow threading, very quick but very efficient and professional, usually it take about an hour or even more at different places for my waxing but this place only took about 30 mins. Overall my experience was the best and I am not gonna go anywhere else. Keratic Beauty Spa u just earned a lifelong customer ??
