Use Online Check-In
Online Check-In is your contactless, do-it-from-anywhere way to reserve your spot in the queue and spend your wait where you want. And while checking in online, you can opt in to receive a ReadyNext text alert to make it even easier to spend less time inside the salon.
Online Check-In and ReadyNext text alerts serve as a “real-time” appointment function, allowing Great Clips to minimize the number of customers in and around salons, helping social distancing.
Increased Sanitization
Salon chairs and stylist tools are sanitized between every haircut and high traffic surfaces like door handles and lobby chairs are cleaned regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cut and service was fine up until cash out. While they had my records from a different location and with a head full of gray hair and hobbly hips....I was not given the seniors price...ooops...tip needed...nope! I am a very generous tipper typically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a cut, told the woman what was wanted. A cut to the shoulders and layers. Well...what was the result was a cut that came under the ears and the layers were so chunky that it makes look even shorter. Didn't ask for bangs but received them. The staff was unprofessional, arguing about who was taking a client (it wasn't even busy) then was told that she had 5 years experience but if she did then the haircut would have turned out the way it was wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a haircut today at Great Clips South Common Edmonton. The hair stylist was Chantai. I have been coming here for three years and this is the best hair cut I have ever had. She was very friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you so much Chantai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just needed a simple trim of my bangs, nothing else. I even showed a picture. The lady confirmed with me that the bangs would fall under the eyes. It looked great until she dried it. It was waaaay shorter than I asked for. It actually falls above the eyes now!! I am really disappointed. Worst haircut of my life. I even tipped. Shouldn't have bothered but I felt bad. I will not be returning.
