★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for kids. Just a smorgasbord of visual treats for the children. Prices will be higher than many online places except for sale items. But knowing that they have stock on hand for last minute wish lists counts for a lot, if you don't want to disappoint the little ones. It's ok, they have a ways to go before learning anything about delayed gratification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big store with a good selection. Products range from cheap plastic to decently made stuff. They used to have more books, but they don't have as many as before. The baby stuff on the left is quite good, strollers, beds, changing tables, and the like. Tonnes of Disney and Marvel stuff.
Pro tip: spend some time browsing the board game section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I've had at a toys r us! I was asking one of your staff a question "Ria" I think her name was and she gave me a quick glare and said ask another employee I'm busy. I was taken back and immediately left the store. I will by going to toy traders for my kids toy needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I placed an order for pickup which shows its available at the store and then they cancelled it. Upon calling, the lady was extremely rude and said that because they can’t update their isle every minute every day and hence they have to cancel it as it was not available. I can understand the reason but the way how arrogant she was, I hope they take some action on these kind of people. Never ordering from this location and will definitely lodge a complain from another store on this store. People!! be aware of very downgraded attitude of people here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large, clean store. Went in 20 minutes before closing and was able to get what I needed. Huge selection of many items for infants and all aged children. Definitely recommend this location. They had some sale items as well. Great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an early appointment at babies r us to specifically get information about infant car seats and strollers. The first associate kept insisting that I was there for the baby registry gift and proceeded to give me a scanner to send me on my way. I had to clarify several times I was there to obtain details and recommendations about certain products to which was being ignored.
Delia tactfully intervened and patiently explained the differences between the strollers and car seats. She even made recommendations and provided demonstrations on how to remove an infant seat, replace it with a regular seat, bassinet etc. It was such an amazing experience with Delia - Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s OK, but like many retail stores, staffing cuts make it very hard to ever find an associate in-store for help. More often than not employees seem annoyed if you ask them a question, which is kind of understandable when there’s hardly any associates on the floor. I usually only visit here twice a year, and mainly on Black Friday (ugh, the crowds) to do all my kids’ Xmas toy shopping when there are deals and & savings to be found. Poor selection of baby clothes.
