★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toys r us are everybody’s favourite from buying my first child crib, stroller, car seat and numerous toys up to now that my son’s turned 6 today. I don’t have any bad experiences from the past except TODAY. A simple orders of 20 balloons plus the number 6 sign balloon. Was told it’s gonna be done in 20minutes the manager told us to just walk around and by lunch and be back in 20 minutes. We came back 30 minutes and still not done. Waited in front of the staff doing the balloons and talking to somebody while working. My husband waited there from 12:05 to 12:28. When he walked out from store the number 6 balloon was already deflated??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually is fine, except today I was accused of stealing. I was holding a toy to show to my friend, and was told that I was trying to open it (the product was completely taped shut, I hadn’t opened it or tried to). I told them I wasn’t trying to open it, showed the employee that it was closed and put it back on the shelf. Then, the employee proceeded to get who I assume was the manager, and they both stood and stared at my friend and I for multiple minutes. Incredibly uncomfortable and rude. My friend and I are 18, and would not be stealing from a toy store. Even if we had been, why would we open the toy beforehand? Incredibly frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in this location are really friendly and very helpful. Sterling was AMAZING today when I was in the store. When I asked him for help he walked me right over to what I needed and made sure I was fully satisfied and answered all my questions before returning back to work. Mackenzie at the cash register was also very friendly, efficient and most importantly… She cared about customer service and you can tell right away she’s amazing at her job. Absolutely blown away with the level of service and cleanliness of the store! Great job!!
