Toshiba Canada gives you a false warranty on their televisions, but if you have a problem,they don't honor the warranty,instead they put the blame on you!!!! Thank you very much toshiba Canada.

A joke of a business... A joke of a place to work... Ignorance at every turn, and a failure in every way. It's very clear why they are going out of business with non-Canadian values, ethics, and cultures that simply don't work for Canadian customers or employees.

My Toshiba computer was still under warranty so I dropped it off to the Toshiba Depot at 5990 14th Avenue, Markham, Ontario L3S 4M4 (they also do HP computers). The fan was making a loud buzzing noise and it was not working properly. I get it back about a week later and immediately after I boot it up the fan still makes the buzzing noise. They claimed to replace the hard drive. I drop it off again a day later and almost 2 weeks later I get it back. They replaced the fan which likely was the cause to burn out the hard drive. Originally submitted Oct 13 and got it back Nov 6th. 3 and 1/2 weeks no computer!

Great people here! My instructor was very knowledgeable in the New Series Copiers. The guy's in the course were very nice, everyone brought something to the learning table. Great training for my field. Helps move me up the pay scale with each Certification.

I was expecting to get a service corresponding to a Multinational Corporation; however, I got the Worst Customer Service ever !!!. Starting from The Corporate Headquarters building receptionist. Yelling at customers, no information, no guidelines, and very very bad manners. I tried to change my luck, getting information by the phone from my order, and 45 minutes later, after being transferred many times from extensions to extensions, I decided to quick my adventure. Crossing my fingers to see if tomorrow I can solve my problem. Now checking your reviews, I can see that I am not the only one. I hope you guys truly read this reviews, and think seriously about some customer service improvements that Toshiba Canada MUST take. On my side, and after this horrific experience, I don't want to deal with you guys any longer.

Watch out, they are thief! They don't know anything about repair and replace everything which are not bad!!! Their PC fall a part within 2 years and everything they say is..."You abused it!". Hinge fall a apart, DVD never work since new, AC plug get wiggly within 2 years. What kind of quality is it? Actually, AC adapter problem was not on PC body side. It was on cable side... but they are trying to charge me to repair the body side. They can't do diagnosis properly and try to replace everything! It had been to repair for DVD drive and did not fix at all. It is 3rd time and they are trying to charge me! They did not repair properly twice and how do you think I can pay for it? They don't have Japanese Quality!!! Now, they took my PC and they don't return to me. They even don't reply to my e-mail. Japanese companies had good reputation due to the quality and good customer service. They don't have any of them and even stole my PC for over a month.
