β β β β β Rates go up every year. When you ask them to shop around, they say your renewal is already the cheapest.
Got a couple quotes from other brokerages and was able to save $250/month. Doesn't seem like they have too many insurance companies available to them.

β β β β β Found Pacific Insuarance on google searching for car insurance. I called in and spoke with Alice. She was very polite and knowledgeable. She provided me with professional advice on what types of coverages would best fit for me. I would highly recommend this brokerage. It was a pleasure to deal with their team.

I've been with them for the longest time like 10 years and thought I was getting the best rate for my home insurance, then I went online decided to do my own shopping and came across TD home insurance and it was half of what Pacific can offer me. Pacific just want your commission, your better off going online and doing your own research.
Thank you for responding and trying to look me up, but I'm writing on my partners behalf. Thank God she didn't write a review, if she did you would have all the information and I can't imagine what you would do with the information that you have.

I've referred him to a few others and have also had positive responses. Definitely would refer Pacific Insurance as they have been very helpful.
