★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service is a must if you live in Alberta. I've had four repairs done on different occasions and it's been well worth the upfront fee. I'm convinced that whatever organizations are mandated to sand the roads also have a stake in the windshield business, otherwise they wouldn't sand the roads with boulders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy was friendly but when I get a small chip fixed , I don't expect to see it on my windshield anymore. Not impressed for the price... good luck to ya but I'll go to a glass shop next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tent set up and customer service at these locations is great! The employees have been friendly and helpful. Although if you need help to find a location in colder months the website is not reliable but does encourage you to call the 1-800 number for information. When calling the 1-800 number for location and times the woman who answered the phone is unfriendly, and will not help and just refer you to the website (the website was not answering questions hence why I called), all she would say is I don’t know go to the website. When I asked to speak to someone else or a supervisor or manager i was told there is none available. When I asked to leave a message for someone or a manager to help me she said she could not do that and will hang up the phone on you! I mentioned this problem of the 1-800 number to one of the helpful employees at a tent and he said he forwarded my message along to the district manager and to expect a call - the district manager couldn’t even make the time to perform that call so even the management is unreliable if you can reach them!
I am currently looking for a new windshield repair company who will provide good customer service without being rude and hanging up on you! I have this a three star rating cause the employees at the pop up tents have been wonderful but will cancel my automatic renewal with them cause this company is not good to deal with if you need simple reliable info during their colder months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was disappointed to see a crack in my windshield today and hoped the repairman was at his Superstore location. When I arrived in Spruce Grove, sure enough, there he was! He was very courteous and immediately began the repair work. In no time the crack was filled and was almost impossible to see. The best thing was that there was no charge for the work as I had previously signed up for the AMA windshield repair plan. Efficient, professional service!

This business concept is such an upgrade over a traditional shop where, largely, you have to set appointments, and you have to sit and wait. I stop into this location unannounced, park, go grab groceries, and my windshield is fixed when I get back. Highly recommend.
