โ โ โ โ โ They did a pretty good job fixing my truck, and they gave me a ride back to work after I dropped it off. They also allow for later pickups if you opt to pick it up at zender Ford next door. I'd recommend them.?

โ โ โ โ โ Fix autoโs customer service is amazing! I took my car to get a quote on my side mirror. While I was there I realized I had lost my car fob off of the roof of my car and my car wouldnโt start. They we kind enough to allow my vehicle to stay in their car lot while I waited on new keys. When I finally got my keys they fixed my car the same day and it looks just like new. I will 100% take my car to them every time! Thank you again Fix Auto.

โ โ โ โ โ My experience was fantastic. Jason and his team were great to work with. I was brought to them through my insurance and they exceeded my expectations. They were able to accomodate my needs, and got my car back to me as fast as they could.
The work they did looks great ! I did have to call to get a timeline on when to anticipate it being done, but the work and service was exceptional.

โ โ โ โ โ Unfortunately my experience with fix it auto hasnโt been pleasant. They had a $21,000 insurance fix that has poor workmanship. When I finally had to have my windshield replaced again, the windshield guy noticed fix it auto had missed a bolt in my front side fender. Which was only noticeable if the truck was apart, not something visible by a simple look. The managers response was โitโs just one boltโ No matter if itโs one bolt or ten (which at this point who knows) the pride should still stand in the work.

โ โ โ โ โ Very good experience. Service was done through Insurance after hitting a deer. Staff was polite and patiently answering my questions and emails. Service was done in two weeks and car looks like nothing happened. Smooth experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Brought our truck in for some rust damage bodywork, (replace & paint front and rear bumpers, repaint hood both sides). The job was complete, on time and on budget, and the staff is very pleasant and professional. I will definitely go back to them for any of our vehicle body repair needs.

โ โ โ โ โ Insurance sent me there for an exhaust issue. I didn't end up getting any work done. I was greeted with a "That must be annoying to drive!" which seemed a little tone deaf but maybe that's just me.
Front end staff brushed me off when I tried to discuss my vehicle, what might be wrong and what I needed. (I had spent the previous day on the phone with a few mechanics) They were going to outsource me to another shop. It ended up being one of the ones I had previously spoken to. So I just went there directly. They were much friendlier and actually took a minute to discuss my vehicle with me without assuming that I knew nothing about what I was talking about.
