β β β β β I had the worst experience in my life with this store, usually you get bad service with an employee at a store but here is the other way around, the owner is the worst, she is unprofessional, no customer service and VERY rude ! donβt waste your time ordering anything here as you will wait long time and if you have any concerns about your order you will be yelled at !

β β β β β I had deal with the best and the best and the best furniture in the GTA. I was looking for dining set almost 4 months, until I found one at the Rk Royale &furniture. Also, I had deal with nicest, professional, patient, Sales Representative ( TANNAZ). I am recommending everyone who wants to buy furniture from RK royal, just to deal with Tannaz. I had buy my dining set through the phone. Tannaz told me β just trust meβ , so I did. Thank you so much TANNAZ. I appreciate your help. Thank you again β€οΈ

β β β β β I bought my new house furniture from RK Design. Tannaz one of the Sales Rep was very helpful. She was helping me picking up the right furniture according to my space. I loved the variety and designs in their showroom. Everything was delivered on time. Highly recommended this place.

The customer service appointed to us by the owner was one of a kind, she was very nice and considerate of our needs. Overall the experience was very pleasant.

β β β β β Thats as low as I can go, they charged me $150.00 for delivery but forgot to mention they put nothing together basically dropped everything in the kitchen. Spoke with Roya seemed uninterested. So its not the the fact they pretty well drop it where they want in her words "well my dear that's the way it is"

β β β β β Came to buy furniture for my condo, Honestly Naz and Roya were very kind and helped me pick out some amazing designs for my flat. Hand on bible got a great deal on everything and completely furnished my place. I would recommend others to come and see for themselves.
