Very disappointed with this company. Purchased a computer online the end of Dec. on sale. Order confirmed the next day, then 8 days later I got an email saying the order was cancelled. The reason was no longer available. I checked their website, they had changed the Item Number and raised the price $140.00. I called the company to confirm if it was in stock online, it was confirmed available by the sales agent and the exact same model, just with a new Item Number. Needless to say I didn't order it from them, I purchased it from another company. You would think in today's market they would not be so sly to pull the wool over the consumers eyes. This will be my last experience with TigerDirect.

AWFUL!! I placed an order - verified it through my Visa/RBC verification system - then I got a call from a woman who wanted me to tell her over the phone all my credit card details. When I said I wasn't comfortable doing that they asked me to call the Tiger Direct phone number and someone there would confirm the call was legitimate. I have never had to do this for a credit card purchase online. The "on hold" sound was like a jet engine - so I hung up and called back. The phone system put me into a continuous re-direct loop so it was a tennis match between one voice recording and the other. It rang through 6 times so I hung up. They can cancel my order for all I care at this point. I will never use them again.

Ordered a video card a month ago. Looked at the status today and it said i canceled my order. So i called and they told me it got discontinued. Well thank you for the heads up. I know video cards are on back order everywhere now. So now I have to wait even longer for a video card, and pick out a whole new one. Why sell products you can't get! Never using Tiger Direct again. Horrible. Also when i called they refused to make it up to me for this hassel. "Sorry sir, the is nothing we can do" is all the guy had to say.

Straight up thieves and extremely unprofessional.. Placed an order for a PSU, minutes after placing the order they charged me 99.04 dollars without an invoice or receipt.. after days of it not shipping and "sitting in the warehouse" i inquired about it only to find out it was never actually in stock, asked for a refund and the only thing they can offer was "free" shipping on another item! "free" as in order another item to my door and request a refund on my shipping… unbelievable don't bother with Tiger Direct unless you want to loose some money quick.

Terrible shopping experience. I'm putting together a new desktop, super stocked to get a pair of monitors and finally start using my new PC. Waited half a week, no activity whatsoever on the order. Then all of a sudden order cancelled with very vague reason. "your order cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control (ie: item no longer available, discontinued, etc.)" Total waste of time. I'm advising all friends and colleagues to avoid TigerDirect. Hope TigerDirect suffers the same fate as NCIX, can't wait till TigerDirect bankruptcy auction

Steer clear of this company!! My teenage daughter ordered a refurbished laptop for college - she spent five hundred dollars on what we assumed would be a quality piece of equipment. It had issues from the start. Upon contacting TigerDirect, they said if she sent it back they would refund her money. She sent it back as directed - and they contacted her and said β€œAs your RMA has expired so we no longer can refund.” So at this point, TigerDirect has taken our money, AND we have no laptop...... how is that ok?? Absolute criminals!! I have contacted them several times via email and have received no response. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!!

Tiger Direct has gone downhill since closing it's retail locations. I attempted to buy something and had to call in to make the purchase, after taking my credit card info the call was disconnected. I called back and after waiting 15 minutes I'm told the item was no longer available and that it was a mistake that the item was still showing in stock, I think the first rep hung up on me because he didn't want to explain the mix up. The second rep was apologetic and said he was sending me an email with his contact info and that he'd give me a discount on my next purchase for the hassle, never received the email from him. Tiger Direct will never see my money again!

I bought a motherboard online from this Company, credit card charged. Several hours later they email me to advise that my order has been cancelled as the item is no longer available. More than 2 hours later my credit card has still not been refunded. I check the website and magically the item I had ordered has been removed and replaced with a different product. Clearly they do not keep their website up to date and have no idea what they really have in stock. Pathetic service. I have been a semi regular customer of theirs for years, UNTIL NOW. Good bye Tiger Direct, you're slowly circling the drain. Only a matter of time before we hear they are go under.
