Cant let one bad apple spoil the bunch.Thank you for your speedy response

I had called to complain and instead of compensating me for the almost $70 spent on a family meal, they leave me waiting for 3 weeks only to send me a $20 gift card. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME VISITING MARY BROWN'S UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING!
P	Pat Clemson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ received a flyer with specials on it. when I tried to place my order I was told the flyer was for pick up only, not delivery, yet no where on the flyer does it state this. I have twice written to Mary Brown's "contact us" site but have not received a reply to either e-mail. Mary's was the only place I got my chicken, but if they want to treat their customers this poorly, ignore my concerns then they will be loosing a good customer.
T	Tracy McMurrer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucky i put one ? mary brown 632 topsail road st johns newfoundland is the most rude bunch off people work there at mary brown i place order at 1030 pm 2 dinners and the chicken was hard and dry out it was not fit to eat went i bite in to the pice of chicken i torn in side of my mouth and make it bleed i brought the chicken back and they gave replace it with 2 pice and it was worse then the frist so i call down there the miss who answer the phone name Kelsey was so rude. She hang up in my face cause i told her what happen and had no consideration what happened i would not recommend this store for anyone to eat there all they give u is garbage left over from the day before

We were greeted by a very friendly lady who showed us to your seats with no waiting. The server, Amanda explained the menu and was very helpful as I have a dietary problem. I would recommend this new dining experience to all my family and friends. Thanks you for a great experience, we will be back many times.

No one at Mary Browns will answer our communications! They don't even talk to their franchise owners. One star given because I couldn't post without it. You guys are terrible! Shame on you!!! Update..finally heard back and things have improved. Replacement cards in the mail. We'll see.

Early in the pandemic when you could only buy takeout food my friend and I went to Mary Browns on King St. In Oshawa Ontario. We ordered sandwiches and my friend got hers first so she waited by the door and put her jacket over a chair to wait for me. The owner (?) began screaming at her thst she couldn't sit down (which she wasn't planning to do). All this in front of other people. She went back to the car while I paid and then went to pick up condiments. I have arthritis (70 years old at the time)and the wet wipes are slippery. I got yelled at for taking more than two. I was embarrassed and left with her still screaming at me. I complained to head office but have never heard back. Will NEVER eat at any of your stores again.
