I have Hyundai Sonata from one year , i driven it only 85,000 km yet, but it has started given so many issues while driving like engine noise, low average and so many , if in coming days i will have face any problem regarding engine so who will be responsible for it, i have been tried to contact to company so many times but they been given very bad service to me, i am very disappointed form that , i just recommend to all buyers don’t go with Hyundai if u really looking for good car, Thank me later ?

I called Hyundai Canada recently to enquire about warranty. And I was very disappointed that the call center agent had very poor quality of a phone and or set up. Seemed like he was at home in a remote area. I couldn't hear him well and he didn't have much information to give me. Bad customer service for such a big company.

My wife and I bought a vehicle that was damaged during shipping. The dealership at which we purchased the vehicle from took 3 weeks to fix it and we got it back with additional damage and our tint was messed up. Hyundai Canada is defending the horrific actions of said dealership. Unbelievable that you spend 40k to buy a new vehicle only for it to be more hassle then dealing with repairing an old one. Get your stuff together Hyundai

I have a 2016 fully loaded Sonata just past it's 5 year warranty 7/21 has 74000 KM. My engine light came on with this error P0010 intake camshaft position actuator Circuit / (bank1) code. I spoke to the dealership they said that I would have to pay. HONDA CANADA SAID THEY CANT HELP ME PAST MY WARRANY AND THAT BASICALLY I WASN'T EVEN A CUSTOMER. This is my second car from Hyundai. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN I WILL SPREAD THE WORD!

Had engine failure while driving on highway in my 2017 Tucson. It’s taken a week to be set up with a rental car as a front line worker. Customer service refused to assist me without my VIN number. Don’t ever buy a Hyundai. Terrible customer service. They quoted my 2017 Tucson a trade in value of $13,000- moon roof, leather seats, heated seats and steering. And then tried to sell me a brand new Tucson. Not a chance in hell.
