m	min dong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, unethical. Contacted them about 14 times for a warranty repair that was approved and they are supposed to get back to us to set up the appointment. A lady who answers the call doesnt know anything about this and keeps telling me they will call me back. Never receieved anything back from them after 14 calls. How is this even possible?

They did not finish a number of things and it was a nightmare to get them to come back and finish it. Many things are still undone a year and a half later. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Would suggest to stay away from this builder.

O	Out And About on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of the homes from this builder is of very low standards. I can list all of the issues we were faced with in our new home but there's just to many. The worst part about this builder is they try to justify why it's ok to have poor workmanship. How do you explain the walls cracking and the paint peeling after 3 months of moving in? How do you explain the upgraded counter tops having stains, when I had the exact same counter top with another reputable builder did not absorb stains? How is it the floors are separating? I can go on and on but this builder does not take any responsibility for their low standards of delivery and they have trained their employees to be just as.
A	Andrew T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do understand Covid-19 pandemic caused delay in shipping and materials. But this does not support by not responding to their customers' request. Called their customer service for more than 20 times in the past 4 months, never received one call to deal with warranty repairs. Tarion warranty will step in soon, i strongly suggest anyone who purchased house/condo from the Conservatory Group, do have a inspector to check everything for you and have everything in record. Otherwise, they will not be responsible for any after sale service/warranty.
E	Eldon Dixon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came back here to post a video of what our hired roofer found when he went up on the roof. Unfortunately I don't know ow if a video can be posted. It's a shoddy work, to say the least.

Only moved in a few months in a new home a few part of the house started cracking and falling off. The worst part is the both sides of the fireplace is already apart if from the wall. Conservative group is not responsive. They took advantage of Covid situation and contracted out to a third party who will tell you “ we can only take notes and can’t answer anything”. Don’t buy from them!
