★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just read the news that this company is not having a builder license and the townhome project got cancelled. People lost their money. How can you guys even do this? How you live your life with this type of money?
Buyers, beware, only $ 100k deposit is protected, any excess funds are not secured by government agency.
I doubt the other 5 star reviews, if they are genuine.
