★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service, they don’t mention their rules on policy paper and , suddenly denied some amount of claim without proper reason.administration is also a process of a treatment it’s going ahead without it. They are just finding ways to get rid of payment. I don’t recommend this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible insurance company! They refused to pay my bills at the time if payment and did not budge at all. I had an emergency surgery due which could not be done on time because of them. I faced a lot of health issues because of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company wroth 0 star but the lowest star in google review is 1. I submitted the claim about the thyroid disease treatment after I saw the doctor. They asked me medical note and I sent whatever the doctor sent me to them and they still ask me more. I submitted the payment invoice to them and they asked my credit card transaction receipt. If I didn't pay for the doctor service how can I got the invoice? They always find all the excuse and try to not pay you. School choose this company because they are very cheap, but they treats international students very cheap as well. They only want money when you choose to buy their insurance. Far away from this company. Terrible and in the end you need to pay for your own bill even you got disease under the policy cover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this insurance is the worst. they don't cover any treatment. i am a student and every other students with different insurances told me that an insurance should cover at least a physician appointment. but this insurance doesn't even cover that even when they had a rule to cover 1 physician visit in a year, they declined to pay me that. they will find a way to refuse to pay you anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am an exchange student and I was given this insurance. Nothing works at all. Nothing is refunded and checks are withdrawn or sent only after 2 months. Definitely look for another one. Just a headache!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told to visit a doctor's office to get referral to a chiropractor for back pain but now guardme won't reimburse me for the letter and visit to the doctor because the doctors office only accepts cash if you don't have a health card. Very terrible service by the lady that spoke to me today on 25.5.2022.
