★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can't comment on the Insurance side, the girls always seem friendly. But the registries side were rude, and unhelpful.
It wasn't just toward me and my wife the way they talked to senior members of the public who were having some issues was very unprofessional.
UPDATE:
I have adjusted the review from a 1 star to 2 to reflect that the managment responded below. I hope the customer service improves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend you to go to this place in future. My experience was not good. I went here to renew my car's number plate. Abby was a girl who helped me she was very rude and unprofessional. She asked me to show my driving license after checking all information she really threw my license on the shelf. I will prefer to go to edmonton or stony plain registry for my future work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I should have put air freshener through the vehicle I was lent for use, clearly the mask policy is hypocritical as I was the only wearing a mask as dictated by the requirements email I received when I made the appointment. The services provided were otherwise not lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the place easy enough they were the closest registry to the dealership. The lady helping me register the vehicle was either having a bad day or not living her dream. I can't know for sure but was less then excited to answer my questions. I hope she was just having a bad day, and isn't like that everyday dealing with people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time around my experience at the Registries office was poor.
At least 6 counters with staff, 5 with no customers and still had to wait so they could finish the conversation, which would be fine if the rest of the experience was good.
First representative was uninterested and abrasive.
Second representative was slightly better but still very cold.
Being a bit more polite and friendly goes a long ways in customer service when the customer can take there business to a competitor.
Do better next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. To start with the staff is extremely rude and short with you. Every time I go in there and there’s a lineup and you got three of the people behind the desk chitchatting and having a ball well two are working. Once you get to the front the girls tend to be rude and very short with you and want to complicate everything they can. As for the driver test they like to nitpick and barely Fail you so you can come back and do it again and they can collect their money. If you read through the comments it’s the same thing over and over again so clearly they don’t care about fixing their problems. You just see a basic robotic response to every message that sounds exactly the same and nothing ever changes.
