โ โ โ โ โ 4K/year for local ticket, accident and claim free driver! Local for 20 years! Clearly that bottomed my list. Got a policy from a direct competitor for a small fraction of their quote. Insurance industry was a puzzle for me but one pattern is obvious - a downtown tower with insurance company name means higher premiums - Desjardins is not an exception..
