β β β β β Really poor customer service. Nice owner, just horrible at keeping promises and comittments. We had a date booked for installation and no one showed up. Rescheduled for 2 weeks later and guess what? STILL no one showed up. We returned our stock and went with another local provider. Majestic is the way to go.

β β β β β Didnβt show up for installation day and no notice given - found out when I called to report worker was a no show that Vic knew the guy couldnβt make it but he didnβt call to advise beforehand. When the flooring was installed, I was left with a mess to clean up and they didnβt install the tile to carpet trim. Weβre paid in full but did not complete job. We made repeated calls and got a different excuse each time. We were even told by Vic that he and his father would come the next day to finish the job but again, no one showed up. When a worker finally did show up, he didnβt know how to finish the job and when he left he took with him trim we had already paid for! Job started in Feb and itβs now end of Sept and still no call from Vic about our job. We ended up having to pay another company to complete for us.

β β β β β If I could rate this store zero stars I would. The following is our experience
β’on date of installation they no showed and didn't call
when we called to see where they were we were told our carpet had gone somewhere else so they had to reorder
β’ when the carpet came in it was too small for the space
β’their installer showed up with a live bird on his shoulder and brought it into our house without asking
β’the installer stood on my antique chair even after I told him I'd get him a ladder
β’the installer yelled at me after I told him I didn't want glue used in my house with my 6 month old baby there and left without completing the job
β’ we had to supply a piece of carpet to make it fit and the seam is visible
β’when we questioned the final bill the owner threatened to send it to collections
I WOULD NEVER, NEVER, NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

β β β β β After a few quotes around the area they offered the best one, great selection. Did the install in a few hours and it looks amazing even after 5yrs (for my retail business). We loved the flooring so much we bought the same vinyl planking for our home, came fast and still love it.

β β β β β The owner of this company Victor is a complete douche bag! His customer service skills are seriously lacking .. Would not recommend this company to no one! He will jack up the prices and try to screw You in any way He can!! When You call Him on His BS rather than discuss it He just hangs up on You! A 1 star rating is too good for this company!! The contractors that came to our house did do a good job, except they damaged a very expensive dresser of ours by placing an acetone soaked rag on it and it completely ate the stain off! Very disgusted with this owner..

β β β β β First when we walked in and bought our flooring the staff was very helpful but because were not installers and had questions about the particular flooring system the helpfulness stopped there. I remember one conversation going like this "This is what I have for stairs, what do I need for stair nosing" Sales rep "Well you tell me what you need". I had no idea until I poked and prodded that they had a guy that could custom make (and not very well I might add) stair nosing. When they shorted me about 60 sq.ft of flooring I went to get more and they couldn't get it! I understand there is back order due to supply issues but after !I! contacted the distributor, the distributor called around and found me 5 boxed. BTW EKSA Tile west Edmonton. Top Notch!! The Tile Shoppe as well.
