โ โ โ โ โ Strongly recommend this place for hardwood floors & stairs. Lots of choices, very good quality and reliable. We found a special colour (white-grey) for our second floor to perfect match with the stairs.

โ โ โ โ โ Customer service is terrible. When we placed the order they advised that they will return the left over boxes. When we tried to return the 2 boxes they changed their story. It is a special order and will not return it. Be aware before you buy anything from them.

โ โ โ โ โ The girl has fair customer service. However, the man she referred to from the back room has terrible service with strong attitude. Firm no to this firm, low quality products as well. You could smell it.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought engineering hardood floor from this shop, very good price and quality. Good service provided by the sales rep Angre. She also referred floor installer Mr leung, his team provided good quality of installlation. I can also refund an unopen box of hardwood floor without any problem.
