β β β β β Just got my condo key last month,everything is perfect except the flooring,it is the dated yellow wood grain thin laminate floor, which I really donβt like, so my buds and and I decided to change the floor. We went to This store last Monday, lots of selections, and the price is so reasonable. I really like their engineered hardwood floor, but itβs over my budget, so finally we chose their Germany made 12mm laminate floor, I think they are real wholesaler,because they have most products stocked, so we didnβt need to wait just picked up the floor by our mini van. We wanted to save money so we did the floor by ourselves, but man, itβs so easy to install, 500 sqft only took us two days to finish. I have to say the quality of the Germany made laminate floor is top notch, much better than the Homedepot made in China one.
Tips if you want to DIY condo floor: donβt forget to buy the sound barrier underlayment. And of course you also need the threshold, quarter round, you can get everything about floor installation for this store.

They delays three days, we pay three more days hotel,owner no apologize.
They said not their mistake, price not cheap
So upset, disappointed.

β β β β β The store never returned my money! Everybody who made orders in this store watches your bank charges, please!
I made an order on July 30, 2020 with a deposit of $200 from the debit card. Later, the store called me to change the color because of short of supply. I did not accept so I went to the store and requested the deposit back to my debit card.
However! Until now, June 15 2021, almost a year, I did not see the return transaction in my debit card! Itβs such a scam!
I called the store today. The receptionist was very rude! She complained me about the transaction happened last year and caused the trouble for her.
Excuse You! I trusted your store and believed your store would have given back my money! BUT the money was not BACK! I am the one who should have had the complaint!
Iβm still waiting for my money and will fight for my right.

β β β β β Last month purchased some Canadian made hardwood floor and Germany made laminate floor from there, the store has so many selections. My brother is a contractor so he installed the floor for me, he said the floor quality is high My new floor looks beautiful, no odd smell. I would recommend this place.
