โ โ โ โ โ Dishonest and disrespectful sums up the quality of service you will receive at TC Homes & Floors. My family has been working on some home renovations, and decided to do business with the company. They scammed us by giving us two totally different quotes for the same work. First they gave us a reasonable quote and got us to pay a deposit to finalize their service, and then re-quoted us for an extremely high price. They gave us no paperwork for the deposit and once we decided to no longer do business with them โ they told us that our deposit was not refundable and stole our money!! I do not recommend doing business with this company, they are not true to their word and are extremely disrespectful.

โ โ โ โ โ I called them and the owner picked up and said it's best I come in and speak to a sales rep. When I came in the sales rep was not present. Meanwhile waiting for the sales rep to be free, I waited for assistance and when finally I got assistance she apologized and said she will give me good price as long as I pay the deposit to secure business. I paid the 100$ deposit and then they asked to come in and finalize, once we finalize they quoted me alot more then initial amount for all fixtures and I told them about the sales rep saying a different amount. They kept the deposit and claimed they will call the police if I don't leave. I lost the $100. Big Loss for me, someone who is in a budget for a quick fixup of a place.

I was shopping for flooring, and checking out my options. I had done the strip, and visited almost every flooring place along Denison, and TC homes and floors was my last stop. Came in, and a man addressed me, but in Mandarin ( i dont speak mandarin), but directed me where i needed to go to see the samples. Then a lady approached me, and helped me with my shopping experience, helped me find comparables to what I was looking for, offered suggestions. Overall, a great experience. I am happy to come back to purchase from this store when I am ready.

โ โ โ โ โ This company did our floors a couple years ago. They were punctual and efficient job was complete and time and we were happy. Their popularity seems to be on the rise so your wait time is now about 2 months. Worth it in my opinion.

โ โ โ โ โ They are scammers the sell laminate that not last for weeks when they sell they give you warranty for one year but when you have problems and go to them they ask you to pay more money to come and check what's going on I had problems with my laminate in 2 weeks of their installation I call them more than 20 to 30 times and they didn't answer their phone when I went to their business they ask for money to come and check what's going on .

โ โ โ โ โ Beware everyone. This people are very Rude & unprofessional. Please don't go with them. After finishing the job with in 1 week baseboards coming out. Now I'm calling them to fix the problem they don't want to come. Blocked my phone number. They said 1 year warranty what will happen now. Im making consumers complain file against them

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered a laminate floor. The price for the product and installation was very good. The installers came on time, did the job so quickly and professionally and the floor is flawless. They were also friendly and helpful. The blinds in my bedroom had fallen down and I asked one of the lovely men if he would mind putting them back up and he did! No charge! That kind of extra kindness is priceless. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have a floor installed. Lori Manson

โ โ โ โ โ T&C hardwood flooring gave me such a hard time returning a box of unopened hardwood floor. I bought one extra box just in case of waste. They said I can return unopened boxes. When I tried to return it, they said the packaging looks suspicious and I am returning something not sold by them. I provided a video of my contractor unloading the boxes. And showed them thatโs the original packaging that they sold. They didnโt believe me. Then they got on the phone with the supplier. The supplier didnโt want to allow me to return it either. I had to explain to everyone working there. Bear in my mind I had my 6-year old son with me in the store. After one hour of wasting my time, I was gonna leave. Then I got to talk to someone from the suppliers side, they were nice and trusting me. I finally got my refund. Itโs such a hassle to return. I wonโt be coming back.
