A	Aimee Burton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a first time mom and I've really appreciated TJ's for all the things we've needed! The customer service has impressed me on multiple occasions. We bought our Bob stroller there and when it developed a squeak they were able to lube it up and fix the squeak, no charge. We also bought a glider chair and were at first disappointed to discover the price was $100 higher than it had been on the price tag, but when I mentioned this on the phone at a later date they honoured the discrepancy and gave us a $100 refund. They also replaced a high chair cover that didn't fit properly. All in all I am very pleased and grateful for the above and beyond service and knowledgable staff.

The employees are knowledgeable and use no pressure to buy sales tactics. They understood we prefered to do more research before making a snap purchase, but weren't dismissive when we made it clear we wouldn't be buying same day. Most recently, I messaged a question to them on Instagram and an employee named Nim was fantastic answering my questions and then offered to honour a sale over the phone since my local store is closed Mondays and it's the last day of the sale. 10/10 will continue to shop there.

The staff clearly care about helping customers choose the right gear for their families and their product knowledge is stellar! How do they remember how to fold all those strollers?! I send all my friends and family to this store for their baby needs because I know they'll be given great customer service! Plus they've got the best range of products for all budgets and needs!

t	tanner zurkoski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible customer service. We had an issue with a large ticket item purchased here and the team at TJ's were wonderful. They provided a temporary loaner model while the warranty was sorted. So baby's sleep wouldn't be interrupted!

Each time I've been in they are knowledgable, helpful and kind. I've also had to call in orders to be picked up and they always take the time to put things aside and answer my multitude of questions. If you have twins they also offer a twin discount! I highly recommend them.
