S	Sunny Jun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store and staff. I walked in just to check it out and ended up buying so many wonderful things for my 3 year old and 5 months old baby. They have such amazing collection of thing for kids and mom. All stocked with quality in mind. The flooring mat I bought for the baby is the best purchase I made for my baby. She loves to be on it and it’s super easy to clean. Not to mention how light it is to carry it around the different parts of the house. Thanks for all the help with all my purchases.

I have purchased all of my major first time baby gear from them because they are so knowledgeable, honest, and kind! I recently had an issue with my breast pump I bought from them and they went out of their way to contact the rep (on a major holiday) and I had a brand new pump in my hand within 24 hours! Going forward I will continue to purchase all my baby gear from them if I can! I currently have a nuna convertible car seat on order from them and I honestly can’t wait to go pick it up so I have an excuse to browse all their wonderful products! 10/10 would recommend!! Love love love!
A	Anni Joe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality products and great service! No matter where you purchase your items, just make sure you try the products (shoes) on if the item is final sale. My little one tried on a size 6 Native shoe on the floor, which was a perfect fit. The clerk mentioned a sale on a "bone" instead of "white" colours. We took the "bones" without trying them on thinking it's just a colour difference. We were super happy with the little saving but for the life of me I couldn't figure out why we were having such a hard time putting the new Natives on once we got home. The next day, I had to go back to purchase a different pair. I know it was my own fault for not having my little one trying these shoes on in the store. AS IT TURNS OUT, not all size 6s are the same (see photo). I took two side-by-side comparison photos of the two size 6 I purchased. I wonder if they were different fits.

Shop there for everything! I bought my whole nursery there today! I attached two pictures of my Babyletto crib and change table. I love everything so much!

I was extremely overwhelmed with everything - I was 6 months pregnant but didn't know and had no idea what I needed/wanted. I walked in there to be pleasantly greeted and instantly was asked if I needed help with anything. The lady who I spoke with spent over an hour of her time walking through the whole store with me, giving me advice on things that I needed/she recommended I buy. She was so friendly and helpful and I left that day feeling relieved. I love going into this store because they carry such an amazing selection of high quality products and the girls that work there are so lovely! I always look forward to a trip to Momease :)

When I was browsing strollers, she recalled the stroller i bought back in 2013! Lyra was SUPER helpful when we chose our Nuna! The level of customer service, care and dedication to Loyal Customers is unmatched. I choose to shop here for the same products i could find at a big baby chain store or Walmart, because I love the way they treat and appreciate you as a consumer. (gaining points also doesn't hurt) They are super knowledgeable about all of their products and much like myself, they like to support those smaller local companies too. I'll be sad when were done the baby/small kid stage as Lyra and her staff are like Family who recognize and appreciate you. You can feel it. During Covid, they were able to shift and still let families in the store. I've utilized the curbside pickup which is SOO helpful and easy!! The staff were also super empathetic and kind while i waited in Victoria for our daughter to be born! I bought everything from our Stroller, Play gym, pregnancy tea, diaper bag, and so much more! Im happy to be back shopping here for the next few years!

Original review : Poor experience with the seller who almost made fun of my son (my son has autism). If your child is a bit different by some standard, do not visit this shop.
