Their knowledge of their products is vast and they are always welcoming and helpful. I guess today wasn't meant to be a painting day.

I am very particular about getting accurate colour matches and they are always up for it. They are knowledgeable and able to answer specific technical questions I have about the specifications and performance of various products, colour formulas, etc. They go above and beyond to provide me the service I need to provide our clients with level of service we are committed to delivering.

The staff are truly nice people. They know their product and they know painting. They think of little details, for example today I bought some dark red paint for some exterior doors, and they gave me some tint to add to the primer I already had, just because it would make it work better with my paint, allowing me to do the job better and faster. For someone who isn't specifically a paint pro, those little things make my job a lot easier. Add to that the fact that their product is really good and their pricing is great, and I couldn't be happier.
