There waiting area was comfortable and they made sure that I had a TV show of my choice to keep me entertained while I waited. Half way through the service appointment Mike come in and offered me a snack. They are personable and extremely funny. I am very pleased with my experience.

Customer service here is what you would have gotten back in the 1970's, friendly and willing to go that extra mile. Give them a try, I have always been treated like the customer matters.
