Wow....first off the lady on the phone was very nice and the store was half decent/easy to get to (that was the only good part of the experience) on the phone I was told there were a set of 4 Michelins with "80% tread life left" for $300 all said and done. When I asked to see the tires I was brought in the back (a next to empty shop absolutely clouded with cigarette smoke) This is where customer service really took a downturn... the "mechanic" who didnt seem to have time to put the smoke down hanging from his lips pointed to a set of 4 tires that had 50% tread left at best... so much to the point that the tread life warning strips are almost completely even with the actual tread itself. Upon mentioning the quality of the tire (or lack thereof) he said and I quote "Dont like it? Dont Buy it!" IF U ARE DESPERATE ENOUGH TO GO HERE PLS AT LEAST ASK TO SEE THE TIRES BEFORE U GET SOLD 4 TURKEYS FOR 300 DOLLARS. ♤Part of the reason I started doing reviews on google maps is to warn people of what I think imo are dishonest business practices.
J	J Barmania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Whitby Tire this past Monday after scheduling an appointment through Judy. Judy was kind and courteous scheduling my appointment immediately. I arrived on time and Al immediately directed me into the bay. Al was amazing if not incredible. He had a pleasant attitude and had my tire repaired in about 10-15 mins. I would definitely use Whitby Tire in the future.
D	Darin Tripp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to have have tires patched and balanced they said the rims were where the leak was coming from so they fixed the lips on the rims, but never bothered to balance the wheels and never made set the tire pressure to match in all tires. Used to be a good place now not so much

I'm not going to get in to much detail about my interaction with him but he was miserable and definitely showed he hates what he does. Maybe he was having a bad day (who knows) but I would never go back and would never refer anyone!

He also answered some questions of mine and helped me with some small issues I was having with my tires. Highly recommend this place to anyone! I will be back for sure.
T	Tmt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys need to learn how to take more care with people's property. Jeremy cracked two of the four hub caps and decided not to point it out. You just lost a customer and my girlfriends who was coming in next week. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I am kindly asking for a refund or reimbursement for 2 new ones and while I'm there I can show you how to properly remove one. I've read your excuses why this happens in other reviews with the same issue and that's bull. I've never in my life had Toyota or any other tire shop break a cap, you guys just clearly do not know how to remove them properly.
