I called in for a quote to change a low beam headlight bulb on my Subaru Outback, which isn't a simple job. When I received the quote, I was a bit doubtful they knew that it wasn't a typical bulb change. They squeezed me in the same day and finished the job quicker than I expected. I was surprised that their price was so good, job was done quickly and well. Clean waiting area and friendly owner and staff. I'm so excited to find a place that is familiar with Subarus and much more affordable than other places.

I went a basic oil change and tire swap, and 2 days later my skid plate fell off while driving! Very frustrating experience. Edit: I went back and they fixed the issue right away. Mistakes happen, but they handled it well. very good customer service.

I went here for my out of province inspection based on all the great reviews. James was friendly and did a great job at a very fair price. They also have a super comfy and clean waiting area to relax while you wait. Thank you, I'll be back if my car needs repairs in the future!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME BECAUSE THEY DON'T VALUE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 0. EMERGENCY IN THE HOSPITAL IS FASTER THAN THIS PLACE. YOUR CORNER STORE GARAGE IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. What a sketchy place AND PEOPLE! Start with Appointment. ==> Appointment time. 12 PM and 1 PM for both of my cars. I was there before that time. Asked Receptionist (Service advisor) how long will it take to do oil change? Said about 1 hour. At 1:30 None of my car was even inside the bay for oil change. Asked him how long again? Said another 30-40 Minutes. ==> First car was out at 2:30. Asked him for the keys so that I can start up the car and check under the hood. Wasn't even ready to give keys until I pay for BOTH cars. (He already had keys for 1 of my other car and that wasn't even serviced yet) I paid and wife drove that car home. ==> My another car went inside around 3 PM. Out after 3:40 PM. ==> On my First car they suspected Oil Filter Housing damaged after 30+ min inside the bay. (If it was damaged then why did you guys drained old oil? and refuse to change oil filter (at first they suspected housing leaking and then receptionist was like 100% sure it's leaking and tried to get me the quote for repair which was around $1040 something. Technician wasn't even sure about where it's leaking from.....strange) ==> I had no leaks or single drop of oil on my garage pad as of today. After oil change I can see puddle of oil on pad. I wasn't expecting that. I went for service and not to get my car damaged.?? ==> They suspected coolant leaking and refuse to top up the fluid. Even after I asked them to top up. ==> Didn't top up the windshield washer fluid. ==> Didn't top up the air before bring vehicle out of the bay. Had to ask them to top up at the end. (All of this is listed in the invoice but not done) ==> I asked receptionist for Inspection report like around 2:30 and reminded him multiple times. No report as of 4:30 for any of my cars. Gave me the reason of SLOW WI-FI to send a link into the TEXT. ==> Tried to fill up regular oil even after I paid for synthetic oil. All this guys want to do is drain all your money for the service they don't even intend to perform. If you can't deliver the service on time then why do you even take an appointment? WASN'T EXPECTED THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM FRANCHISE COMPANY.

Awesome shop that takes care of my truck even though it's a pain in the bum dinosaur('91 4runner). Honest mechanics and very reasonably priced. Will always call and keep you updated with the repairs so you avoid "surprises".I highly recommend to anyone. When I 1st moved here and looked for shops, 1 butchered my truck and they were supposed to specialize and cater to older toyotas too. So now im extra paranoid about looking for shops here in deadmonton cuz that traumatized me. But a friend of mine that comes to my old work that works at Toyota coincidentally and recommended me to this place and I haven't regretted or turned back since.

BEWARE. This shop is corrupt and will try and swindle you! I changed my own front suspension components, went in for an alignment and front end check and they wrote up $1700 before being able to do the alignment. They said my rear coils were broken, so I checked and they are perfectly okay. Also they quoted me $40 to "re-torque" some bolts I had installed. AVOID

On April 21st I brought my vehicle in for a simple tire changeover at 2pm. While my vehicle was in their care, I was contacted and told I had β€œno oil” in my vehicle. Seemed odd as I work from home and I know when I did my previous oil change. However I chose to trust the owner/manager person contacting me and paid for an oil change, no problem from me. I was told I would be called when the service was completed. I was not contacted and called in about 4:30 as I know they close at 5 pm. When I picked up my vehicle there was a large crack in my windshield. Manuel and mechanics seemed dumbfounded so I left my vehicle on-site for liability reasons. The next day Manuel allegedly changed the narrative and said the mechanic drove it in that way. He then made inappropriate references over the phone which I found very unprofessional. My partner contacted them to find resolve. I did have a rock chip in the windshield (drove 5 yrs with it) and the glass guy said the damage was due to sudden impact. They did agree to pay for half of the windshield replacement but any negativity could have been avoided with honesty and integrity. P.S Manuel, my questioning the crack in my windshield and you suggesting to me you will ask your girlfriend about the pressure in your hands is really not professional. I’m confident you can do better going forward. *Update* Thanks β€œresponse from owner” for taking the time to reply. Unfortunately you and I never had a conversation regarding the situation with the windshield. Just to clarify I am not upset with β€œus for not explaining about the windshield” as there was zero explanation. I noticed the HUGE crack after I paid and was leaving which is upsetting. I pointed it out to Manuel and received very little response. So unfortunately your shop had no explanation upon picking up the vehicle. I have had auto work down in way cooler temps, never had a problem with a rock chip in the windshield. Regarding the oil change it was done well within the year from someone else. Very presumptuous. The company that replaced the glass felt the crack was due to sudden impact. I’m gonna stick with my review as the truth and we can respectfully agree to disagree.
