The owner and mechanic Sam is a very good, honest and friendly person. I am getting service from him since last 8 years. He has great ability to solve problems with car. I came to know about him from a friend when I first arrived to Edmonton from Texas, USA. Initially I needed help for the out of province inspection and latter with few more problems such as radiator. With his help I got everything fixed. I always talk to him before doing any service for my vehicle Honda Accord LX. He is very honest about estimation. I also received some small free services from him such as electrical issues, wipers etc. I am happy referring him to my fellow community members with confidence.

I would recommend for anyone who wants the best honest service. I have been there many times and the service is being really well done. Low labor rate and good service. It is convenient that I can call and drop in for quick service. In case of a emergency matters he take care of your car pretty quick. Good work Sam.. Keep it up..

Went here a few years ago, they can do normal maintenance work on your car (oil changes, etc), and the customer service is pretty good (occasionally they'd give me a ride back home) but when it comes to diagnosing complex problems, they aren't very good. The place looks kind of like a dump. They're pretty average overall.

I had few issues with my car. I went to a mechanic (don't want to mention the name), the mechanic gave me an estimation which was out of my reach. Then I discussed with my friend and he recommended me Sam ( I was not informed about Sam before). I went to Sam. Sam tested my car, identified the problems, and fixed it with reasonable price. He is very friendly and honest about estimation. He doesn't charge unnecessarily. I would recommend Sam gladly.

Sam is the guy who own it honestly he is one of the best mechanic I have ever seen in Edmonton a genuine guy with tons of experience and knowledge. He helped me a lot from the beginning of my car problems he didn't ripped people of. he will not take money if he didn't work on it and also very cheap prices for service I would recommend everyone to go and see him if anything problem raise with your vehicle make an appointment and go he will not charge you to see your car that's for sure and will tell you what ever need to do its up to you to do it.again there is so many people who got helped by him . My TO GO TRUSTED mechanic for any car related issue. Reasonable price. Guranteed parts and workmanship. very good customer service. Haters will always find problem even in the finest product. I always recommend Sam and his shop to anyone.

They are absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and great quality services at very reasonable prices. The owner is very friendly and hard working, and takes pride in what he does. Every time we visit there is complete transparency about what services are to be done which makes him a very trustworthy mechanic. I 110% reccomend this garage! I don't trust my car with anyone else.

Despite being a long-standing customer, what happened yesterday was totally unprofessional and disrespectful to say the least. On asking him Sam politely about fresh scratch marks on my car which were not there before, he screamed, not allowing me to speak and closing the shutter on my face. He was upset that 3 other customers had mentioned the same thing about scratch marks. My simple question is “Could all 4 customers be wrong?” I always trusted this shop, no questions asked. For example, in 8 months, my car made the same strange sound 3 times. Every time, Sam said it was a rotors issue, for which he replaced my front rotors first, then my back rotors and break pads and then my back rotors again for which I paid. The strange noise has started again..... Finally, I was recommended to replace my front struts 3 years back for an apparent "leak". Guess what, struts are still in good shape with no leaks. ____________________________________________________________________ Final response based on business's reply Sam, let me clear some things based on your reply: a) The dent was there; the scratch marks were new. All I did was bring it to your attention. You did not tell me to check your garage walls. You told me, "I will show you in the security camera that the scratch marks were there". I would have loved to see it, but you were shouting and screaming the whole time saying other customers also blamed you for something similar. As I started walking to the garage door to see the camera, you just pulled the chain and closed the garage door on my face. If you have the camera footage for the day, please have a look at it for a clear demonstration on how not to talk to clients. b) You never "requested" me to ask my family. You screamed and said, "Your wife must have done it". For the damaged rotor issue that happened a few months ago , you also blamed my wife, only to later diagnose that it was a faulty rotor where you still charged me for labor. So please don't use the word "request" and try to sound nice on the reply. Sure, I would have liked to talk to you about it, but you did not allow me to talk once and kept screaming all the time. c) I did not wait for 6 months to post my review. I had posted my review the same week after the April 2nd incident. There was a problem with my Google reviews that was fixed just a few weeks ago by Google Moderators. Not just your review, but a lot of other reviews did not show up initially, and then showed up all at the same time. This will be my final response. I stand firm on my original review that you were unprofessional and disrespectful after being a client for 5+ years.
