They were able to help me out when I was in a bind and short of time after my truck window got smash from a break in and even stayed shortly after hours to get me into the shop! They gave continuous updates about the stages of my truck repairs and went above and beyond in order to meet customer satisfaction. Fantastic shop, highly recommend!
C	Craig Coulombe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Daughter is attending U of A, and needed a place for some body repair resulting from a minor collision in Calgary that was covered by 3rd party insurance. The work quality and service was exceptional. The reason I'm writing the review is since the initial repair, my daughter has had an issue with one of her headlights that was replaced. She returned and they checked it out, and it was the ignitor and ballast that needed replacement unrelated to the accident. I phoned the owner Lou, and he offered to help source a used replacement part, but was unsuccessful. I ended up finding a part, and followed up with Lou. He said "don't worry, we'll take care of your daughter". My daughter booked a time, they installed the part no charge. It's good to know I have someone I can trust should my daughter have any more problems with her car! Thanks Lou!

Staff member was very rude to me and refused to give me a quote for repairs (after I made an appointment to come in) because I had already gotten 2 quotes elsewhere. They talked over me and wouldn't let me explain any further. The other quotes I had gotten were wildly different from each other so I was hoping to get another to determine what is most accurate, but the staff member wouldn't hear it and just said I was wasting everyone's time. I also think it's worth noting that none of the staff were wearing masks inside, despite a province-wide mask mandate at the time of my visit.
S	Samir Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get quote to fix dent and scratch. I told someone hit my car, Mr Lew didn't believe me and it seem I lied to him. He said I hit someone's car. Finally I have to show a note who left on my windshield. It was very uncomfortable to talk with him.

The first time I went into Fix Auto Strathcona, the owner, Lew, himself helped with a crack I had just gotten in a new windshield. It was a difficult one to fix, but he did it and you can barely tell where it is now. Then, we took our old car in to have some "parkade rash" fixed and painted, and you can't even tell where the "rash" was. They are great to deal with, the car was done when they said it would be done, and we are very happy with the work. And if you are not happy with anything, they will fix it, they will address it. Not that we had anything we were unhappy with, but that is just how they are. So very pleased!

They ordered in the parts and colour matched the paint soon after. All in all a quick and professional job. Dealing with Lew and the team there was easy! Would recommend.

I was surprised upon pickup to find my vehicle not just detailed but fully detailed from top to bottom, even though the repairs were only to the front grill and replacement of the windshield. Great communication and they also worked very well with our insurance company, the process was painless. Highly recommend.
