β β β β β Doug's place provides excellent quality service. My car got rear-ended in May of this year. Doug's Place promptly set up an appointment for me. When I was there, they did a great inspection, gave me a detailed explanation of what they felt needed to be done and why, gave me a good estimate of time the repairs would take, and communicated directly with my insurance company to coordinate payment for the repairs without me having to make payments from my account. Because I had to be out of town for a month, they graciously let me keep my vehicle at their shop until I could pick it up.
After a month and a half of driving, I have not noticed any issues crop up. They have truly done an excellent job! I often don't take enough time to write reviews, but in this case, I felt they really deserved a good one. Thank you to all the staff at Doug's place for being professional, caring, and efficient in the work you do.

Adrian was great to deal with; extremely helpful and made me feel confident that my vehicle was being taken care of to the highest standards. It was very much appreciated! I highly recommend Doug's Place Strathcona for repairs.

β β β β β Troy H and Anita at the front desk were both professional and very helpful. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Troy made sure every little piece that needed to be replaced was done to my liking and the workmanship by their techs is top notch. Was referred by a good friend who worked in auto body and I can see why he recommended Dougβs.
Their update system by email is great. They arranged my rental with Enterprise seamlessly as well.
Wouldnβt hesitate to take my vehicle there for collision repair. Definitely one of the best shops in the city.

β β β β β Dougβs Place is quick, extremely helpful, and extraordinarily kind. I am from the US, as is my car, and while my insurance company was giving me a runaround because of confusion resulting from me being in Canada Adrian was able to move things along quickly and get my car estimated in less than 24 hours. He had a tow truck sent the same day and the estimate prepared and sent to my insurance by 11 AM the following morning. When I stopped by to chat in person, everyone in the office was pleasant and an overall delight to deal with. I canβt recommend this place enough. Would give 6 stars if I could.

β β β β β Thanks to Anita at the front deskοΌShe is incredibly patient and professional. She is on point on my appointment and always called ahead to confirmed. I forgot my driver license twice for my car rental and I was very embarrassed?. I was impressed by how Anita making everything easy for me though I gave her a hard time! when i picked up my car they gave me a little gift and my car was also washed. Definitely a trustworthy repair shop.

β β β β β For about nine years, I've brought my cars to Doug's Place Strathcona Collision Repairs. It's an excellent place to have your cars fixed. Anita was friendly. Troy was accommodating. Adrian was blunt, but he listened to my concerns and addressed them. Unfortunately, my last two vehicles needed to stay in a day longer, but it was not a big deal.
I would not bring my car somewhere else.
