★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time getting any body work done on my Honda CRV 2008, my back right bumper was popped out and it took Doug's Place only ONE day to fix it! Also the right bumper was cracked and had broken tabs so it had to be replaced. On top of all of that I got an amazing deal, extremely good customer service, and NO STRESS. And before I forget, they cleaned the whole car at no additional cost, and did not even think about taking the 25 dollars I left in the console. Very trustworthy, friendly, and well knowledgeable staff. I HIGHLY Recommend!

Especially the owner Roy is the best person to work with.

I had a great experience with Doug's Place from the moment I arrived for an estimate. Dan and Sharon were great to deal with. The quote was very fair and accepted by my insurance company right away. The work was done exactly on schedule. My car was clean inside and out. Everything was Five Star. I could not be happier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my Tesla Model S to Dougs Place as it had a good dent in the hood from a rock that came off a truck and the repair is perfect , when I picked up the car they had detailed not just the outside but the inside as well.The car looks like it's new . Great place I will recommend Dougs place to all my friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually never do reviews, but this time is an exception. I went there and asked for a walk in Estimate, but they have no walk in Estimate. I had to book in a day next week. When I went in for the estimate, I explained everything the best as I could, and asked a few other options I could do out of curiosity. I asked if they could repair some rust on the quarter panel but immediately rejected to do the job. When I told them about the damage, they did not check the damage thoroughly. They just checked under the bumper and removed 1 piece of trim in the interior that's it. I expected them to actually remove the bumper and maybe use a lift and look at it more thoroughly and walk me through it, but none of that happened for a certified Honda/Acura body repair shop. They looked at it for a few seconds and that was it. All that time and effort just to call them back and tell me to decline my repair, I feel disrespected. That is my review Thank You
