★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T GO TO THIS AUTO BODY SHOP. They are crooks.I had a very tiny door ding in the fender of my car.I googled for an auto body shop and called this place.I talked to a guy named Tim.He is a big crook.I told him that I just want a paintless dent repair.There is a tiny ding from somebody's door may be.He asked for $100 as opposed to $45 to $50 like others.He said that they are very professional and they will do such a good job that it will look like it never had a ding.I agreed to that.After two hours when I went to pick up my car.They actually put a whole bunch of new dings and said that actually the whole fender needs to be fixed.Now they wanted $600 more.They are big crooks !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim and crew did a wonderful job on my wife's acura Bumper.Very professional and really made a effort to make sure the insurance company would do the work since the car is a 02 model. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good job nd reasonable rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a spoiler done last summer and they messed up the color scheme twice, so I just left it the second time instead of waiting another two weeks for them to get it right. Then they tried charging me for their mistake, also quoted one thing, and charged like $400 more. They Aldo did a shoty job of painting it, it has a grey shadow of primer. I didn't go back because honestly the place is messy and unorganized, and I was sick of dealing with them. Oh, and not even a year later, the spoiler is falling apart. I l have to take it somewhere else so they can install it properly. I definitely won't refer anyone to this place in the future.

TIM ROBERTSON quoted on a price and ended up paying a $120 more with no phone call asking if I’m alright with the increase, nope they just did it .I showed exact photos on what was going to painted. The pictures where uprights,bar and dividers a front and a back. I took it apart for them to make it easier and they charged me more. I’m not happy at all about $120 added bill for me doing them a favour on taking it apart. The paint wasn’t the finish I wanted it was a super gloss and I wanted matte black or light gloss which I repeated many times through email and when I dropped them off, they do what they want. When I got home to inspect them I realized the paint job was bad with pits and small bubbles hardened and end pcs not even painted.
And finger prints cause they didn’t let cure first. Terrible First and last time I will use them as once trust is broken it’s time to look again. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A City of Saint Albert owned garbage truck drove into two of my vehicles with its hydraulic side picker arm extended. They were both parked in front of our house and were pushed/dragged up and onto the boulevard. Damage to one was significant. I am a classic car guy and have built many vehicles and a lot of equipment - I'm very picky (just ask my wife...poor woman). Tim had been recommended to me years before by one of his competitors when their shop was full. I brought Tim my damaged truck and asked him to walk me through how he would repair it and what would be done. I told him I was particular and said he needed to decide if he wanted to have me as a customer. Tim took the job and I gave him as much time as needed to repair it. I didn't want a rush job. Tim and his team exceeded my expectations and I have already recommended him to friends and family. He is next repairing my wife's Lexus and will then be completing repairs on the second vehicle damaged by the garbage truck. Appreciate the skill and professionalism of Tim and his team - Mike
