I was introduced to Melvin Abankwah last week through some recent business interactions. I had an opportunity to pick his brain discussing the auto industry locally, nationally and internationally. He was extremely knowledgeable about current events ranging from chip shortages, electric/hybrid cars to the new features of imported/domestic luxury cars. He was able to inform me of things I didn't know about vehicles with fluidity and charisma which was impressive. I also admired how casual he was with his knowledge. It gave me the impression that he really put in the effort to constantly learn the changes in the industry. I would recommend his services if you're in need of any vehicle. I will be doing the same when I'm ready.

I highly recommend Don Wheaton GM in NW Edmonton. Everyone we had contact with went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. Notable people we dealt with were mechanic Peter, salesman Ethan, finance Dileep, and the manager whose name I can't remember. All in all it was an amazing experience and I will continue to deal there in the future.

We had a great experience buying our new to us Durango. We booked a appointment for viewing with Erin and she had the vehicle all warmed up for us to view in -30 temps. The very next day we drove our car home. Thanks to Jason and Erin for a stress free buying experience. We love our purchase.

I worked with Erin to find my new vehicle, she was professional, prompt and honest! Even though I bought a used vehicle from this dealership they treated me the same way as the man looking at the Corvette! As a women, I loved being able to work with a female salesperson; and I really appreciated that this dealership treats both genders with equal respect. They worked hard to find me the best vehicle that fit into my budget and finance got me an amazing finance rate too. I highly recommend this dealership and I can finally remove buying a car from my most hated thing to do list! Thank you for an awesome experience Erin and Don’t Wheaton.

I have been religiously going to Don Wheaton Chev for all of the service work on my truck for many years. I recently had a large amount of warranty work done as well as about $1000 in non-warranty work. The service advisors and automotive techs are always great. Most work is completed in a very reasonable amount of time even with the parts delays due to covid and supply chain issues. They are willing to do what it takes to ensure they get a 5 star rating and that is greatly appreciated as far as customer service goes. I will continue to bring my truck here and continue recommending them to others!

Long story short, started process to finance Colorado (Y0631) March 9, had given a deposit to hold vehicle during this process. Stayed in touch with Sales Rep daily via text asking for updates, various documents were requested and given. A conversion was screen shot between sales rep and finance manager confirming SDA had approved finance but one more document was required. However come March 15, I received a call from sales rep indicating that a night Manager had sold my held Colorado to someone who paid cash Saturday evening. The rep proceeded to upsell me another Colorado that was $5,000 more. Break down: Offer to Purchase: Total MSRP: $56,518, Market Adjustment: -$523.00, Total Vehicle Value: $55,995, Safety and Security: $1,295.00, AMVIC: $6.25, Air Tax: $100.00 Tire Surcharge: $20.00, FCPP 72 Months 120000 km: $3,497, Accessories Already Installed: $1,295, CCR: $490.00, Ultimate Package: $4,495.00. We then proceeded to ask for a break down of these charges and total finance amount in which we received another screen with hand notes indicating: $67,292 + GST, minus $20,000, Amount to finance: $50,592.64 Includes: Rust Protection Paint Protection Undercoat Interior Protection Xpel (note this was included free of cost on the original deal) Catalytic Converter Registration All Weather Mats Mudflaps Locking Wheelnuts. General Manager would not explain the number nor rectify the situation but blatantly told us the vehicle offered in replacement of their error had other buyers interested and he would be in touch if not sold. Unethical, dishonest, Codes of Conduct not followed as well as laws. They use bullying tactics and lie. Please refer to Dealerrater.ca for more information on this complaint.

Best Dealership in Whole Alberta, they treat customers very well and deliver vehicles very smoothly. Got my 2022 Escalade and fully satisfied with their service. Troy (Manager) is best and his Team goes beyond Your expectations. Robyn was my contact for sales and she is always available to help. Thanks guys and Best wishes for 2022. Very disappointed and disheartening. My Son first buying experience was far from positive. He called an made an appointment. Vehicle was dirty and battery was dead so his test drive was off to a very bad start. Regardless he still attempts to talk price with sales woman. Gave her an offer she took it to her manager who ignored my sons offer and did not bother to counter with a price. Instead she returned empty handed and proceeded to attempt selling him on added items that were to justify the asking price. My son expressed he wasn’t interested in the add one was just interested in buying the car. Plain and simple you would think. I get people are used to poor customer service this seems to be the norm. My hopes he would have experienced a positive customer experience. This dealership did the opposite. $35,000 is a lot of money and I’m disappointed my sons first buying experience was so brutal. No one should be subjected to such indifference. Needless to say He left disappointed and frustrated. To the Manager who treated my Son so poorly Shame on you. Your lucky I’m not your boss.
