When we first walked in, the environment was not fine dining at all, looked more like a fish and chips place. The prices are not worth the quality or service. Our server was nice; however, she did not know the items of the menu, or how to pronounce them. When the food came, we were extremely disappointed as it was not authentic Italian and most of the items were clearly not fresh. When we complained to the manager, he brought the chef out as if to transfer the blame. No accountability, no good food, no good service. DO NOT GO HERE!

It is not the same fine dining experience nor is it comparable food ingredients. The menu and prices have remained the same but the overall experience and quality is not comparable. This is not the fault of the chef. Food was prepared as best as could be…simply poor quality to start with. Poor service, plastic glasses, processed chicken…etc. etc. etc. Shame on the new ownership and management!

Clearly they aren’t sure. Been a regular for many years but that was our last visit. Pizza pizza has better Italian food.

We just had dinner at this restaurant and it was extremely disappointing!! We will not go back and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. We’ve been going to Brothers Restaurant for more than 10 years. This was our first time back since it reopened as Brothers Bar and Grill. Firstly, the decor was cheap looking. I agree with someone who left a review saying it looked like a fish and chip shop. The food was terrible!! It was expensive..on par with fine dining restaurants...about $30 for a pasta entree. I’ve had better Italian food at East Side Mario’s...more food and half the price! DON’T EAT HERE!!!

We'd been to the original Brothers many times over the years, so while the renovations were a surprise they were a pleasant one -- particularly that there is now a washroom on the main floor rather than the basement, which means our family with mobility issues can now visit freely! Our server, Dallas, was great -- she even helped us relocate to a different table that suited our occasion best. We each ordered something different (I had the truffle mac and cheese, my mother had the chicken marsala, our friends had the chicken parm and an array of salads/appetizers) and everything was really good. We let Raj, one of the owners, know about our great experience but I thought a review here might be helpful as well. We'll definitely be back!

Paint on the tiles, cheap looking marble panels are definitely not the nice warm cozy feel from prior. Even the main sign out front was changed to some bizzare ugly blue. Real shame as we probably won't be back. Server was really nice
