โ โ โ โ โ Was quoted a price for a transmission rebuild at another auto shop Josh beat this price substantially. Towed our vehicle to his shop and had the work done in 2 days. Couldn't be happier. Thank you. Definitely recommend. Hopefully we never have to use his services again but if the situation arises with any other vehicles we know where we will be going

โ โ โ โ โ I had some issues with my transmission, and it turned out that the drain plug was missing and my transmission oil was pretty much bone dry. Josh was upfront about the fact that I might need to replace my transmission but that he would find a plug, fill the fluids and test the car. Luckily I didn't end up needing to replace the transmission. It was quite a day, so when I got to the garage at the end of the day, I had forgotten my wallet and my phone payment wasn't working, so he graciously accepted an e-transfer.
The next day, it looked like my transmission oil may have leaked again. I called Josh and he took the time to describe what to look for so I could send him a picture and see if the drain plug was still there. He helped me resolve the problem very quickly.
I'm very appreciative of his professionalism and patience in dealing with me, as I am anxious when it comes to cars and driving. It would have been so easy for him to dismiss me or take advantage of me, but he was honest and patient. Highly recommend

โ โ โ โ โ about a month ago I took my jeep in to get the clutch replaced, after reading the reviews I thought it was going to go all smoothly. But I found out that I was going to get the opposite. After receiving my jeep back from this shop from the clutch job, I took it straight to the car wash, noticing a huge impact fracture on the top corner of my hardtop roof. I Instantly texted Josh from the shop asking him what it was about, and he acted all surprised and said he'd check with the guys in the shop the next day to see what had happened and that he'd let me know. I suggested that maybe the mechanic had lifted the vehicle too high up on the lift, causing damage to the roof. about 8 weeks later now I am still left here with my damaged vehicle. Left ignored by Josh and the shop. Didn't even bother checking the cameras to see what happened, I didn't even get a text back. I will not return here for any services. I strongly recommend staying away from this shop. Terrible customer service, no customer satisfaction here. Probably going to be a $1000 fix for me right out of pocket, and the shop can't even own up to the damage they have caused. Not much I can do about it at this point, except share my experience I had with them, I hope this saves few customers from getting ripped off. Do not go here unless you want your vehicle to come back with body damage!!

Husband's work truck transmission died - they had it in the shop in the morning, replaced the seized transmission and had him out the door in the afternoon!!! โ โ โ โ โ I was very impressed with Josh. He was down to earth and very honest. Our vehicle had been diagnosed with a possible transmission issue by another mechanic shop, which would have run into a few dollars. As it turned out, it was something less serious - a wheel bearing issue. I also asked if he could keep the vehicle inside his shop overnight for security reasons as long as the vehicle was there, and he accommodated me in that regard as well. Very satisfied, and a good shop to deal with,
