★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kyle and Rick, these guys are so honest with you, how can you not bring your car in for service here. I have a Ford and emailed Ford with no reply, (no reply from a OEM is sad). I emailed Master Mechanic and they answered in no time. They give you an analysis that shows what the issues are and if you need to do them now or later, they give you options depending on your situation. You gotta give a shout out to the mechanics too for getting the jobs completed. Thanks guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't judge the quality of work because we didn't get that far. We were having mechanical issues with one of our Diesel vans so based on good reviews, I called this location.
I was told yes, bring it in after explaining it was a Transit 350 HD diesel. After getting the van there, they informed us the owner doesn't want to work on diesels. (If it was out of their league, it would have been nice to know before we wasted our time)
Maybe 4.7 stars for basic mechanics, but if it's a diesel, don't bother.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When our daughter from out of town got a nail in her tire and no other garage could fit her in for at least a week - who can wait that long for a tire repair?? - I called Master Mechanic and they fit us in and had it done by 11am! They were professional, polite, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Rick was great to deal with. Cannot recommend the enough.
