The wait time was short (someone was leaving as I arrived so I was able to pull right in), and the staff were friendly and informative. I appreciated being told exactly what was done, and the status on certain maintenance points (e.g., topped up wiper fluid, air in tires, coolant and filter didn't need changing, etc.). Taking your vehicle in for maintenance can feel very mysterious, so I really enjoyed being told exactly what was done and what was still in good shape rather than just the "your car is done" that you get at other places. Their current COVID protocols have you remain in your car, window down, mask on while they work. Not only did this give me a sense of security (not having to cram into a small waiting room with other people in close proximity), being able to watch things happening was really interesting, so that was a nice bonus! Will definitely visit this location again.
M	Moi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there today for my first visit to Jiffy lube because the GM dealership at this point and time won't let you wait in the waiting room because of Covid..and I'm not about to stand out in the cold waiting for my car so I thought I would give Jiffy Lube a try,, what pleasant experience, fast ,, friendly I was very please, GM will not be getting me back for an oil change this was Great service and didn't have to get out of my car, Thanks Jiffy Lube
P	Phil Perrier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down, one of the best retail experiences I've had in a long time... staff were pleasant, and incredibly efficient.... and upselling with this type of business is always part of the process, the manner in which they upsell was tactful polite and not slick or slippery, they just know how to treat a customer.... Ask for Naomi, she's a class act and truly enjoys the realm of customer satisfaction....

One of the employees actually lied and said I swore at her I was in shock this location is the worst I have ever been at and I have been going to jiffy for almost 25 years! The management were terrible and didn't want to hear a word of what the employees did to me instead they kicked me out of their bay and said I did something wrong. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and I hope this store is looked into thoroughly and disciplined for their awful actions. I have beentold by others this isn't the first time these women have been awful to female customers as well. Disgusting behavior you should be ashamed of yourselves
J	Joyce Plummer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for an oil change and to have my tires switched over to winters. They didn't have the means to put tires on rims however they said I could return. After my oil change, I left to find a place to take care of my tires from the suggestions made by the guys that serviced my vehicle. I called around and stopped at a couple of mechanics shops and even a Canadian Tire. No one could take me for weeks, so I called Jiffy Lube back. A woman answered and explained their process. I thought she was a receptionist. To my surprise she was a mechanic there and she, Tiffani, answered all my questions and even made suggestions about my tire change over. I would come to learn auto mechanics runs in her family and she absolutely loves her work. It was delightful listening to her talk about family, the longevity of them being in the auto industry, and how she proudly spoke of her mechanic sister. I will return if only to have her work on my car and enjoy the fact that I had met a woman mechanic I feel I can trust. I've only met about three women mechanics since I've been frequenting garages, and am always pleasantly surprised when I do. Thanks Tiffani for sharing your love for auto mechanics with me. I gladly give 5 Stars to you. Keep doing what you do, cause it looks good on you girl!

As far as these types of business go this place is one of my spots for oil changes. I"ve always had excellent service here and they go above and beyond. If your not a car person you can come to this place and not worry about scams.

I’d rather set up appointment somewhere : used them multiple times before .. but can’t waste time :(
