N	Nick Daniels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i just created a google account to write this review. I have been bringing my truck to Jack for a while now as well as my girlfriends SUV. Jack has been there to help me and my girlfriend diagnose problems and save me money. I brought my truck to a mechanic who had me sink all of my money in to work that is not related to the problem that I was having. After working in the area and always seeing Jacks shop i decided to bring it by and let him have a look at it. Brody and Mike were the ones checking out my truck that i have already sunk so much money in to and they got the problem fixed. Thanks to Jack and his crew I saved around $2000 on work that i was about to spend money on with a different mechanic. Jack solved this issue with a simple $30 fix. My truck runs great and it`s all thanks to Whitby Automotive Center. I can`t thank them enough for everything that they have helped me out with. Most mechanics will try and convince you that you need work done when you don`t, Most mechanics will try to give you some long winded explanation on why you need to spend over $1000, What i have learned is that Jack and his crew are not most mechanics. They are incredible, They will give you their honest advice and they will do whatever they can to help you out. Whitby Automotive Center is the only place that I feel safe leaving my truck. Make the right choice and make Whitby Automotive Center your one stop shop.

As a girl I am always felt intimidated going to the mechanic- but this is not the case at Whitby Automotive. I have never had any issues, I have always received reliable work. I would recommend Whitby Automotive to anyone looking for an awesome Mechanic!!!

Personally I know little about cars, and going to a mechanic was always stressful, never knowing if I'll be raked over the coals and over charged. He walked us through every part of the process, making sure we understood everything required to get us back on the road. The dealership checked my car and told me that I needed work done to the tune of over $600! I was skeptical about their advice/opinion and I had read so many great reviews about Whitby Automotive Center, I decided to take my car to them for a second opinion. After a Whitby Automotive Center mechanic test drove my car and inspected it, they confirmed my skepticism. They told me there was a very small and Normal amount of rust on a part around the wheel bearing and that it is perfectly safe to drive, and that it would last 1 to 5 more years. Jack gave me things to look out for and reassured me. The icing on the cake is that they didn't even charge me for their time or diagnostic! Talk about building trust. I will definitely be returning! Thanks to Jack and the team for exceptional customer service and kindness!
