Just purchased our 2nd truck at Derrick Dodge. Good experience all around. Thanks to Nathan for picking us up at our airport hotel. It was a pleasure dealing with Dave Kent in sales. The truck was ready to go when we got there and the team, including Alex in the business office, got the paperwork and required permit done in short order to get us on the road quickly for the drive home to Victoria. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new Ram. -Robin and Sherri- Victoria,B.C.

I've been dealing with Derrick Dodge for years. The service department goes out of it's way to be sure your satisfied with their service. The manager David is great to deal with. I have an issue with my car sqealing on reverse while the clutch is engaged. The manager David personally drove with me to hear this squeal. I've always continued my maintenance on my car via Derrick and the service provided is excellent. Just a great group of people!

I spent $50,000+ at this dealership on a NEW 2015 Ram Sport that now has 68000 km and 3 years later it does not even blow cold air. Warranty expired after 60000km and will cost up to a 500$ for these guys to fix it. If I do decide to trade this thing in it won't be here. On a side note my brother bought the same truck from a different dealership and another friend of the family and both of their trucks had the same thing happened to them this Summer when they first tried to use the AC. Just a heads up for all who want to buy these trucks. I have not asked these guys for 1 thing since I purchased until now. The only time they WERE interested in talking to me a few months back was to rope me in on a trade in.

On services: PROS - staff is friendly and helpful CONS - no driving home service. Not even Uber (like most dealerships). If you decide to wait, 3h for an oil change only. Free coffee, but the man's washroom is Halloween theme: a horror scene

My car had a flat tire on Saturday and the staff were so helpful with information. They gave me a loaner until my car was looked at on Monday morning. I was given options to replace the tire and a timeline. Thanks to reception, Jag and Dave in the service shop.

For maintenance and service go elsewhere. I have been here three times and I have decided to not go back. They won't call back to let me know when the car was going to be ready. They will give you very heavy quotes, besides want to charge you 5x or more, for parts if you don't bring them. Last year they return me the keys and the car was all covered in snow, not even care to at least remove the snow from the windshield, with Covid they unfortunately don't seem to have shuttle anymore. Less services, and you keep paying the same.

Called to inquire about a service, was told that I can have my car towed in, and they will take a look at it when they have a chance. The lady I spoke was rude and did not offer any help. If the service is this bad in just getting information on the process, can't even imagine what the service would be like in getting the vehicle serviced.
