The customer service and care at this location is truly top notch! Denise and Shawn are amazing to deal with and will do everything they can to help with a speedy repair and try and keep costs minimal. Knowing that I needed my car back quickly, they were able to assess, repair, and return my car the following day. They even went as far as doing some minor work without charge, because it was not part of the original quote. I would 100% recommend Mr. Transmission in Whitby to anybody. Thanks again for all your help, you guys are amazing!

And coolent was boiling and leaking My husband drove car really slowly nd got there 4 clock they didnt even check that time whats wrong with the car. Second day receptionist called my husband there is no symptom, she said u guys can take the car please. Coolent was really low i asked her please tell me who diagnosed this car. I would like to talk to him. She didnt tell me even who did. Really cruel receptionist ? Rude. I never perfer any one to go there, even they are smoking in the garage whose smoking in the garage i never see any machanic like this. Aamco transmission 1000times better then mistet transmission ...
N	Nicole Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am SO grateful for the services provided by Mister Transmission in Whitby. My 2017 Nissan Murano transmission needs to be replaced, as per the dealership. The dealership cleared the error code. Mister Transmission checked the transmission and could not replicate the issues. Instead of proceeding with the dealerships recommendation, I was encouraged to continue to drive it until the error code appears again. It's been 500 km and 2 weeks, and the issue has yet to arise. We're still uncertain if its a transmission issue. I'm grateful for their honesty and will be returning if/when the problem arises again. Sincerely, Nicole~
