T	T Lacombe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's Tim Hortons, mediocre coffee and not great food. I tried a sandwich they were advertising looked so good in photos, Bad case of expectation vs reality.
B	Brenda Smith-Sellers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim Horton's in Newcastle is the worse place to go! I ordered my Steep tea at the drive window, 4 vehicles ahead of me. When I finally get to the window, um were currently out of steep tea. Comment sense would be brew another pot right? I just wasted 4 to 5 minutes in the line up to be told there out of Steep tea. It takes 5minutes and 30 seconds to brew a pot. No sense in addressing any concern to the owner (Jay) in Newcastle he does nothing for his customers. In fact it was Jay himself that mentioned to me he allows 1 minute per vehicle thru the drive thru. ( I address a previous complaint) So with that being said, remember if there's 10 or more vehicles in the drive thru, be prepared to 10 minutes or more. Maybe the owner should show more support towards his staff, n actually help his team throughout the day. Especially when there's no supervision after 3pm, the kids are only there to make a paycheck. Customers services in not their priority!?

K	Kal Sukkar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting store. Ordered through the drive thru and picked up my order but didn’t pay. As I drive away I noticed that I hadn’t paid. I went back and went inside the store. Stood there for a good minute until somebody paid attention to me as I said I am here to pay my drive thru order! The then attended to me and took the payment (being grateful that I did) and I was on my way. It just seems, the staff weren’t the best trained in there. Other than that, the food and drinks were at an acceptable level.
D	Darren Sauve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always get the most simplest coffee I believe you could possibly get at any coffee shop medium black coffee. But they still managed to mess it up I guess I really wasn't surprised because the girl behind the counter also didn't understand what a vanilla old fashioned glazed donut is he actually argued with me and told me it was brown. I tried to simplify it by just saying I do not want the chocolate one give me the other one and she still couldn't figure it out because apparently it was brown!!! Very frustrating I just love being talked down to buy Somebody almost done enough to be my granddaughter

Unfortunately, the last two times I've been through the drive through (evening), it's been impressively slow (cars bailing out of the line slow). Will be happy to improve my rating if in future the experience meets expectations!
