Very reasonable price in comparison to well-known tile stores. Very helpful staff some with good taste and sense of decoration! Our tile purchase with them was quite enjoyable. 100% recommended.

Showroom was nicely laid out. Staff readily available to assist with matching colors and put things together. Good quality products at a good prices. Not overwhelmed by a big warehouse with too much to pick from. We went for a transitional look and are very happy with how things turned out. Thanks to staff at Giant Tile who help us put it all together. Good designer sense.

I guess it was because my order size was too small. The staff there however was helpful and carried tiles into my car. Poor management in the store, you should feel luck that you can still find good staff like that. If you are going to adjust your customer service quality based on a customer's order size, then you should not be selling things.

Visited this location twice trying to pick up tile. 1st time couldn't get anyone to help us out, the second time the guy behind the desk was obnoxiously on the phone for quite some time ignoring the line of customers waiting for him. Ended up buying from another Tile shop in Vaughan

He provides his expertise, knows and speaks to their products expertly, as well as providing the best customer service possible. When I did not have time to make it in to store, he was kind enough to correspond through email, which helped save me a lot of time. Tile Giant has amazing quality products, and they have been extremely helpful in sourcing what I needed. Thank you again so much Thiru, I couldn't be happier with your service!

Whenever I come here and speak to him he’s always ready to help us. I get my grout (kiesel) from here as it’s a good quality grout. It’s stainless, the quality is very durable and the price is very good. Hope to do more renovations in coming time and we will definitely visit them and get more tiles, cement and grout from this spick and span place in vaughan. Thanks again for good service and helping community.
