Earlier in April we had wainscoting installed on the stairwell and entrance hallway. The project went smoothly, neat professional looking and very well fitted. Eddie was very professional in his dealings with me from our first meeting for the estimate and measurements to the completion of the installation. I was satisfied with the workmanship and meticulous detailing that the wainscoting involves. Alan and staff were very professional. We replaced 10 columns with fiberglass ones - ground and balcony. The work was clean and finished on time and the price was competitive. We're very pleased with their work. I have already recommended them to one of our neighbours.

Allan and his team did a very detailed job. My job is to replace the 2 columns and the balcony board that are all rotten in some way. The column is squared fibreglass version. It looks beautiful. The balcony gave lots of trouble. But the crew fixed all up and did a thorough cleanup. Job well done!

Stars do not even describe the level of service I received. I have been scammed once, and another time not received the service I paid for in a bundle (thus I had crown moulding material). So I have a ton of anxiety when it comes to contractors. And I took 2 days off of work in case of a delay, to clean, something going wrong. I booked crown moulding installation (in a condo) and the team members arrived on time, were friendly, and hired for their skillsets (rather than being family). There were some delays on my end, as an issue always comes up in condos (parking, elevator, even though booked). Everyone was calm, and NOT annoyed although tired after a 10 hour day ! I spent the rest of the evening staring at my beautiful moulding. I figured I will spend all day cleaning up today. WRONG. My condo was left very clean, with no damage or dust on my furniture. I did two soap mops in the morning, cleaner, and finisher to remove miniscule dust left over/clean my floors. And material was cut here, so anyone who reno’d knows of the massive dust left over !! All chunks of dust were removed by installers, which was very nice as I did not have to take my vaccum out. Or spend the day cleaning. In regards to pricing, I had quotes from 4 installers. 3 quotes I received were all within the same hundred, while one was triple. Thus pricing is within industry standards and you wont overpay ! On material spoilage, 10% for spoilage is standard. So I ordered 20% more. And now I have too much leftover material ! Meaning you can trust them with pricy items like crown moulding. I am pretty sure I have 20% extra material now idk what to do with (I ordered it myself). I will be using Royal Mouldings for my future trim needs and baseboards. And I highly recommend !
