★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased our new windows from Welda in 2018. This year we purchased additional windows and doors for our renovation. We are very happy with the product and the service. The second time around we did have to wait for our order to come in, it was to be expected with all of the covid delays. However, Mercedes, in customer service, was exceptional in dealing with my phone calls and questions. She took all of my calls, returned all of my calls in a timely fashion and was always kind even though she was extremely busy. Mercedes never rushed me off the phone and she was always so personable. The people in sales and the installers get the accolades, however, we mustn’t forget the people that really make things happen behind the scenes. Mercedes’ patience, help and suggestions were just phenomenal! Welda is lucky to have someone like Mercedes. She has a calm demeanour and makes sure that the customer is always happy! I am definitely a happy customer because of Mercedes! Thank you Mercedes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for good quality windows and were impressed by the manufacturing process described. Installers worked on 1 window at a time so the house didn't get cold. Windows have been in for a month and we really notice a difference in how sound-proof they are compared to the old. We replaced 8 windows and patio door with Welda at winter time. Andrey inspected our old house and helped us determine that retrofit windows. Happy with our new siding patio door which lets in loads of light.

Joseph has been most accomodating and worked hard to meet our needs. Work men were professional, friendly and left a completelt clean and tidy work area. We will use Welda again and have recomended them to friends.

From an ugly old leaking garden door to a beautiful modern sliding door unlike anything I've ever seen before. What a difference from the look go the light and the warmth!
