β β β β β I was double charged and then hung up on and told not to call back. Because I requested that they resolve my issue. Theyβre too busy was the girls response. Terrible service.

β β β β β Terrible service. We had a car booked this week that was already paid for and we had a confirmation email. They said it wasnβt on file and there was nothing they could do. The lady wasnβt apologetic at all and didnβt even try to help. Thankfully we were able to get a car through Avis the next morning.

β β β β β Worked with Ajay, the manager of this place. He was a great conversationalist and pleasant to interact with. Ended up upgrading to a higher grade vehicle for a fair price, with a discount on an additonal non-prepaid day.
I would love to come back here if i ever needed another car in Victoria.

β β β β β Disappointed with the cleaning process, put down the seats to put groceries in the back and there were empty beer cans under them. Called as well as upon checkout told the lady and didn't seem to care that much. So much for their thorough clean they talk about.
