Twice I have tried to rent a vehicle in one trip. They will not accept cash, nor Corp card that is not in my name. I understand that, however when I read looking for this rule it is NOT clearly laid out if at all. Called National, sister company, they said of course you can pay cash with debit card, I pay another $50 taxi ride back to the airport to get their and have guy behind counter say "pfffft not sure who told you that, but no one does that" Please get your policies straight and clearly laid out in the contract.

**Edit** Enterprise reached out and corrected their mistake and went above and beyond to rectify. Great service goes a long way. Thank you. Terrible experience. Vehicle had issues. When we returned it, the office open until 6:00 had a closed sign at 2:30 and we dropped keys in box, someone then came out and said he didn’t feel like going through the unit and would β€œlater”…. 2 days later we are getting calls, emails and charges to our credit card asking where the unit is. We did our part Enterprise, try doing yours and give me back my money please.

Excellent service. We got a clean new car that was really nice to drive . Very kind and friendly staff . Thank you for picking us up and dropping us back to the airport so quickly.

Justin and his team are simply amazing. Thanks for helping make our stay super comfy by being ultra accommodating...huge vehicle when we really needed it and a slightly less huge vehicle when we needed it. Wish all Enterprise locations were like this and really appreciate the excellent and super friendly service received.

Initial car provided smelled very smoky (I requested a toddler seat too). The substitute vehicle had a half tank of gas (They asked to return it full, which I did not). My invoice was $750 more! It had wrong dates, wrong car. Such a hassle. Not sure how well the substitute car was cleaned either... The worst car rental experience I had.

The staff here were friendly and helpful, both at pick up and drop off. The only thing I didn't realize, when I booked the car through the enterprise app, is that it isn't at the airport. Not a big deal as they have a shuttle to get you to and from quickly.

Rented from the airport off site location about 4 times over the past 3 years. Always swift pick up and never any issues. After reading a few reviews of some of the on-site airport rentals I would say the few minutes spent waiting for a pick up is well worth it for the peace of mind. We show up with kids and bags and the whole circus and it still feels like a smooth process. Friendly, efficient and no surprise fees. Can't ask for better than that.

Justin and the crew here are AMAZING! Easiest and most convenient car rental I’ve ever experienced. They picked us up at the airport, had everything organized when we arrived, in and out in 5 minutes. We didn’t like the car we had first, so they just swapped it, no hassle. When we returned, Justin drove us back to the airport in the same vehicle. Great customer service! Highly recommended!
