Taxi #81. Has a big sign that says “THANK YOU FOR NOT SMOKING.” Yet the inside of the car reaks like cigarettes and smoke. Disgusting. Almost threw up on the ride to the airport. Driver also hacked up his lung multiple times on the ride. Smokers cough. Disgusting. 1 star.

Worst cab service! Took more than 50 minutes to arrive. Had to call 5 times, every-time someone picks up and says sorry the cab picked up someone else. The motto is reliable service- not at all reliable. Won’t advise it for Victoria. Can’t even guarantee a ride, might as well miss my flight.

Below is my personal opinion so hopefully, Bluebird cabs improves customer experience. I was very happy looking at the 3+ rating on Google so booked this taxi service. Got a message about cab location and tracking map. Showed 6 min ETA. Got suspicious when still showed 6 min after 15 min. It was too late by then. Called the number and was prompted to contact the driver by pressing 1. The driver picked up and said had no clue that he was supposed to pick someone. Also, understood less than half of what he said and he appeared to have been issues with speaking clearly and continuously. I am not speculating but the way he spoke certainly made me doubt if he was even in a condition to drive. I had to call again for another cab that arrived late. Overall, late by more than 30 min. Missed my flight! My all connections are now tight. I understand this might not be a deliberate attempt, however, not having enough proactive controls in place is NOT an exception. The technology is worthless if customers are expected to track and become anxious by minute. Not user-friendly.

Arranged both trips to and from a restaurant. Trip there was fine but trip back home was not. Driver showed up on time and was asked to wait 10 minutes while we paid the bill. When we tried to find him, he left. We called and they said we were a "no show" despite having told him 10 minutes. However they said he'd return in 15, but 1/2 hour later, we called and dispatch said he booked off and we were on our own. Called another cab company and will never use bluebird again.

Customer service was great-the attendant at the counter who assigned us a car was very friendly and efficient. He seemed to help customers at an almost 2 to 1 ratio of other attendants at the time. Pickup and drop off was convenient.
