★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never taken a flight that wasn't delayed or cancelled, sometimes without reason or even TELLING the passengers why or any details. No problems with staff however airline is unreliable.

Finally had to make a review because I was having a very bad week and this blonde check-in girl in Victoria was just so kind and empathetic, it turned my day around. If i remember right her name was Leaha. Thank you, you have a customer for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were absolutely AMAZING to deal with when flying my unaccompanied minor children during covid. WestJet was horrid, cancelled flights, kept my money, and Pacific Coastal saved the day. 10 stars to the staff and airline!
