β β β β β They used to be good, but now are becoming more like big airport staff, who are miserable and wishes the same to their passengers. Security refused to leave confiscated items with lost and found, to be retrieved upon my return in just a few days. They were very eager to "dispose" of it. They were very unfriendly as well.

β β β β β The staff at this airport are awesome and it's a really comfortable place to wait. Nice kids areas, power outlets and work stations throughout. Though yyj is tiny it is mighty!! Thanks everyone for your work and help with everything, covid and beyond. Stay safe and awesome.

β β β β β This airport is becoming better. After years of being just a little unimpressive small airport, YYJ transforming into a semi decent AP. New Fresh Cup coffe is a welcoming addition.

β β β β β Really pathetic!! Itβs 4pm and I arrived at the airport an hour before my flight and every food outlet was closed. Not even a Tim Hortons was open, everything was closed! Pandemic state of emergency is over! Time to open up!

β β β β β When I first arrived in this YYJ international airport on October 18, 2019, I was surprised to find that it was so cosy. It was just around 300 meters from the aircraft to the arrival hall. There is just one duty free βHarbour Walksβ for some souvenir items for irregular visitors like me. The WiFi and the changing points are rather friendly though.
